Ratchasimasaurus

Name: Ratchasimasaurus ‭(‬Ratchasima lizard‭)‬.
Phonetic: Rat-chas-em-a-sore-us.
Named By: Masateru Shibata,‭ ‬Pratueng Jintasakul‭ & ‬Yoichi Azuma‭ ‬-‭ ‬2011.
Classification: Chordata,‭ ‬Reptilia,‭ ‬Dinosauria,‭ ‬Ornithischia,‭ ‬Ornithopoda,‭ ‬Igaunodontia.
Species: R.‭ ‬suranareae‭ (‬type‭)‬.
Diet: Herbivore.
Size: Unknown.
Known locations: Thailand,‭ ‬Nakhon Ratchasima Province‭ ‬-‭ ‬Khok Kruat Formation.
Time period: Aptian of the Cretaceous.
Fossil representation: Dentary‭ (‬lower jaw‭)‬.

       Although very little is known about this dinosaur,‭ ‬the dentary which‭ ‬has been used to establish the genus is noted as having a flat ramus.‭ ‬Ratchasimasaurus is thought to been an igaunodont,‭ ‬which in the loosest terms means that it was related to dinosaurs like Igaunodon.
