Fossil representation: Up to 3 partial caudal
(tail) vertebrae.
Because the description of Jubbulpuria is based upon two incomplete tail vertebrae (with a third later added) Jubbulpuria is widely considered to be a nomen dubium because the described material is not sufficient enough to identify any later or more complete remains. However Jubbulpuria is considered to at least represent a theropod of the Ceratosauria. Other dinosaurs from the Lameta Formation include the abelisaur Rajasaurus and the sauropod Isisaurus amongst others.
