Species: H.‭ ‬tomasetti‭ (‬type‭)‬.
Diet: Herbivore.
Size: Roughly estimated at about‭ ‬1‭ ‬meter high at the shoulder,‭ ‬and about‭ ‬2‭ ‬meters long.
Known locations: New Guinea.
Time period: Pleistocene.
Fossil representation: Almost complete skull,‭ ‬lower jaw,‭ ‬vertebrae and a humerus‭ (‬upper arm bone‭)‬.

       Hulitherium is a genus of diprotodont wombat that lived in New guinea during the Pleistocene.‭ ‬Not much is known about Hulitherium,‭ ‬though the arm structure suggests that this genus was significantly more mobile than other diprotodonts.
