Name: Takracetus (Takra whale).

Species: T.simus (type).
Diet: Carnivore/Piscivore.
Size: Uncertain.
Known locations: Pakistan - Domanda Formation.
Time period: Lutetian of the Eocene.
Fossil representation: Partial skull, possibly skeletal remains as well.

       Just one of many primitive whale forms from Pakistan, Takracetus is related to other primitive forms such as Rodhocetus and Protocetus amongst others.
